Since people are fucktards, here are 3 rules you should follow when you request the help of others:
- Show up on time – this applies in the event you need to pick them up and/or meet them somewhere
- Have the supplies ready – if you are asking your buddy to install light fixture or cabinet, please have it there ready to be installed
- Have refreshments & food set – you don’t need to go crazy with a large selection; a simple beer and pizza works well. Be sure to have extra especially if you aren’t paying for the labor
